    Hi – does this create an RSS feed?

  • 3 Binny V A Nov 21, 2008 at 10:32 pm

    @Catherine
    Not sure I understand what you mean. There is a Blog RSS provided by WordPress – surveys don’t have an RSS feed.

    Does this plugin allow a survey to be inserted into a blog post. I write reviews for restaurants and would like to have a standard survey at the bottom of each review i.e. What did you think of the service? A Excellent………..E Very poor thanks

  • 8 Binny V A Dec 7, 2008 at 11:37 pm

    @Chris
    You can use this plugin for that – but its not recommended – there is a lot of other ‘Post rating’ plugins. Use one of those for your purpose – that will be a better fit.

    This looks good but I need something that has a matrix format. For example: Rate these beers on a scale of 1 (excellent) to 5 (terrible). Each row would have a beer, each column would have a rating.

    Is this possible with your plugin?

    How do we get survey results?

  • 11 Binny V A Jan 8, 2009 at 1:20 am

    @Bruce
    That is not the purpose of this plugin – but there are many other ‘Rating’ plugin out there.

    @pb
    Its available in the admin side.

    I assume that you can not add text fields or multiple selections. For example, “select top three”, “explain further” or “other, please explain”. Is that so? Before I install the plug-in I’d like to know the full extent of it’s capability. Love what I see of your work thus far. Thanks!

    Nice plugin, I am downloading it to install in two blogs. Thanks!

    (I am following you at Twitter)

    Is there any way to let the participants view the results page, or only the admin?

  • 17 ced Jun 26, 2009 at 1:52 am

    how and where do i find the responder email address? I don’t see it in the admin painel.
    regards

    Is there a way to (or do you have future plans) to have the survey data dump into autoresponder (Aweber) so that the survey tally / results ca be sent to ALL who participated in the online version?

  • 19 Richard Knudson Aug 26, 2009 at 9:09 pm

    This is probably obvious…but how can I expose the survey results to somebody who takes the survey? It appears only an admin can see the results. Thanks — nice work, btw!

  • 21 Nethelper Sep 3, 2009 at 7:45 pm

    can i ask how can i put the survy on my wordpress after completing the installation of the plugin and activating all questions ?
    cant find the way to push it online

  • 22 Generic Guy Sep 5, 2009 at 11:14 am

    Right now, at the end of the survey, you have a “Thank you” notice (Thanks for taking the survey. You input is very valuable… etc. ).

    Where can that text be found and edited? I want to edit the typo and alter some verbiage.

    Awesome plugin! The ability to edit the text will push it from 4 stars to 5.

  • 23 Binny V A Sep 5, 2009 at 12:02 pm

    You’ll have to edit the code for that. Try the show_surveys.php file.

  • 24 Generic Guy Sep 10, 2009 at 11:47 pm

    Thanks, Binny. Got it working the way I want.

  • 25 Alter Ego Blog Oct 9, 2009 at 4:45 pm

    Bug: is empty value for questions to submit… ?!

  • 26 r. e. Feb 23, 2010 at 11:15 pm

    Is there a way to insert prompt text for the user-submitted input fields (e.g. “Other (please specify):”)?

    Also, is there a way for a user to go “Back” to a previous set of survey questions within the survey (or is there a way to include all the question sets on the same page)?

    Thanks!

    Hi,

    Is it possible to upload files through this survey? I want to use this as an application submission page for workshop participation and need to gather CVs etc.

    Thanks,
    Yiannis

    I just finished the survey, but where are the results? Or aren’t they available to the website visitor?

  • 29 Ken Ferguson Jul 15, 2010 at 4:31 am

    Really has been useful for me. My only challenge is the export ability. I would like to be able to place in a graph format but can seem to get the right combination of parameters in EXCEL to make sense. Is this something in line with your development or is that outside the scope of your plugin?

  • 30 david Aug 24, 2010 at 9:17 pm

    I would like to be able to post 2 or more surveys at the same page/post. I get some funny behaviour as it is right now…
